Served in individual portions, it is a bowl packed with nutritious value. The highlight will be Yunnan’s fermented solo clove black garlic which gives the clear soup a natural sweetness.

Unique taste , it has Szechuan peppers but is slightly different from Mala style .

Uncommon. It uses real corn too. Made and cooked very well.

Slightly disappointed. Below the sauce (not broth) are stir-fried and deep-fried horfun. The prawns were small, dry and quite bland. There are real truffle slices but the dish had no truffle taste.
