The Tipsy Cow (Burghley)

Went on a weekday and it was pretty quiet and had a nice ambience! The food was just alright, nothing to scream about. However, if you are using burpple beyond, it’s very value for money! Also, a nice place to chill (they had a pool table!)

Overall, the dish delivers. The pork is mostly tender except the skin, which was unfortunately not at all crispy. It could be due to the fact that everything was doused in sauce. I really appreciate that they allow you to choose 2 sides and overall, the serving size was quite big so I think its quite value for money! We had this on eatigo so it made it even more worth.

It’s very tasty, very very creamy and cheesy too. But the good thing is that it’s not jelak! Pasta is cooked al Dante, bacon is really fragrant and crispy. We’ll be back or more (even though waiting time is pretty long)!

The cheese is good, dough is thin and crispy. Ingredients are fresh too. Came when it was piping hot! Would come back for more!

Prosciutto and fungi pizza was not bad! Thin crusted. Would have personally preferred for it to be more cheesy though.
