We enjoyed the sweet-tangy strawberry rhubarb tart (4⭐️; $4.50) whilst the Japanese cheesecake (3⭐️; $5.50) was a tad dense and dry.

Hidden gem serving highly affordable quality dishes and desserts. As part of their culinary or hospitality training, students form the main service team but this did not compromise on our dining experience.

We went with a 2 course meal of appetizer and entree. Chef’s salad was a refreshing and clean option with well-balanced mix in of balsamic. For entree, we enjoyed both our choices of mushroom aglio olio and nasi lemak. The former featured aldente penne and juicy mushrooms but can feel a tad rich. The latter had fragrant coconut rice and sambal with crispy chicken cutlet. Only minor let down was the onsen egg being a tad overdone.

For $3 this is such a steal bc 1. You get to see the entire plating of the dessert by the students 2. It is yummy??? The cake consisted of a mousse on the outside, and sponge cake on the inside, peppered with small chunks of sweet potato. Surprisingly not too sweet, and the various textures was great :-)

Truth be told, I didn’t know confit=fried so I was a little disappointed when it came because I’m not a big fan of fried food. But this was really good - the skin was crisp and the chicken was not dry, still retained its juiciness!

This can tell it's made by students but hey, free-flow leh.

Impromtu movie trip to watch Kung Fu Panda now! Wish to eat their Chicken Wings with Rock Honey Sauce ($7 for 6 pieces) - glazed with their homemade sticky sweet sauce, and they were tantalizing and crispy!
