High mountain Pouchong Tea with fresh milk and bubbles ($5.2)
Comes with a strong tea aroma and the bubbles were really Q. Definitely recommend this brand for Tea Lovers!
It’s flour tea mix with water or milk( based on preference) , add brown sugar /caster sugar and sesame. It’s very fragrant, because the flour cooked in a certain time and repeatedly stirring.
It’s DIY dessert, so you can add more if you like sweet, you can add more milk if you like more creamy texture.
For me personally, I like dry compare to thick n creamy version. And add a lot of sesame.

Cozy tea cafe which provides the perfect ambience for a mini escapade from the hustle and bustle of the city.
$8.50 Minced Meat Rice (Reg)
$5.50 Cappuccino (Reg)
So far the best Lu Rou Fan I had. It’s not ‘plain salty’ like others but the aroma from pork is really unforgettable!

Located at 22 Cross Street, #01-63 Singapore 048421. A cosy Chinese-style cafe a stone’s throw away from Chinatown MRT! They specialised in Teas, wide range of classic Taiwanese selection of Teas from hot to cold (perfect for our hot weather!) Apart from their Tea specialty, they serve some mains too! We tried their Signature Taiwanese Minced Rice ($8.50 for Regular, $15.50 for Large) with an addition of Black Tea Egg ($2.30)! A savoury bowl of juicy Minced Pork pouring over the fluffy rice! We enjoyed it as it’s more light and not so heavily taste as those Taiwan Lu Rou Fan.. Also they uses healthier Minced Pork rather than the usual fatty pork belly! Gravy is quite shiok too!! Perfect for pairing with the Black Tea Egg!! Yumms! They have limited seats so do drop by earlier before meal time before it gets crowded! @shanchacafe #hungryunicornsg #shanchacafe #shancha #mincedporkrice #taiwanesemincedporkrice
