What makes Shan Cha's rendition of this popular Taiwanese dish 肉燥飯 so delightful is the use of their homemade lard which consists of purely pork lard and rice wine (no additional water is added).

Heard a lot of good reviews of this “lu rou fan” and finally i tried it out!
