Runway80 has a menu split into countries, per its overall theme, and this is from Italy. It looks better than it tasted. I was cheated by the "wagyu" because it came as minced beef. Small like most pastas.
Runway80 has a menu split into countries, per its overall theme, and this is from the US. By all indications this is their signature. It's quite filling, with a full waffle and a large slab of meat, but it's not special. The salted egg yolk sauce was kinda flat. The chicken was juicy and reminiscent of Malaysian fried chicken.
This made for one of the best onion rings because the restaurant respects onion rings. This was not an afterthought. They use big, quality onion and batter it in something peppery and reminiscent of fried chicken. A real indulgence.
Delicious Duo: chicken and waffes as well as the beer battered fish and chips !
Waffles were slightly burnt but the maple butter was v good, loved that it had a great balance of salty-sweet richness! Pour it into the crevices of the waffle n eat it tgt w the fried chicken! Salted egg yolk sauce was alright :-) Fried chicken was crunchy
Buttermilk fried chicken thigh, waffle, maple butter syrup, salted egg yolk sauce.
