Serving quite a few vegetarian foods here in Italian cuisine. We order the Parma E Rucola pizza which made of tomato, mozzarella, rocket salad, parmesan and parma ham.
With Burpple Beyond, it means you can get another pizza for free! $26++
Had the Pollo Peperoncino e Avocado and also Fettuccine al Granchio. Food was not bad and atmosphere was cozy.
Sadly, wanted to order Funghi Porcini e Mascarpone but they ran out of mushroom. They also ran out of figs for Pancetta, Caprino e Fichi so we didn’t get to try both dishes.
Would have been a better experience if those were available. Nonetheless we will visit again for the pizza!
Can't really taste each element since there's not a lot of it but the cheese noticeably much thicker and creamier than the other pizza. Luckily it's still very mild and should be acceptable to everyone's tastebuds
Really light but generous amount of cheese. Crust was pleasantly chewy and glad the truffle wasn't overpowering. Could do with more seasoning.
My friends preferred the Diavola ($24) to this but I liked this as it was less salty and felt more balanced - there was mozzarella, porcini mushrooms, mascarpone and truffle oil. Similarly, the pizza was thin crusted with a nice slight chew around the crust! Truffle wasn’t too overwhelming and helped to tie everything together nicely.
If you always find yourself feeling like your pizzas just aren’t cheesy enough, I think you’re gonna be satisfied here at Radici Italiane. We got a more classic pizza here - tomato, mozzarella, Italian spicy salami and another, the Funghi Porcini e Mascarpone ($26) with Burpple Beyond’s 1 for 1. This was done thin crusted with a slight chewiness around the edges! It was super super cheesy, so along with the slices of salami, it can get quite salty. Still tasted pretty good but best for sharing!
