came here on a weekday lunch and it was quite good! the prawn toast was nice and crispy, not too strong but. halibut burger was my favourite with a nice huge piece of halibut and good tartar sauce. had the creme brûlée cheesecake which was okay, more cheesecake than creme brûlée but still quite a good cheesecake. the mango bubble tea was also really good. not usually a fan of the pearls that explode but these are good, not too sweet
Made the right decision on choosing the fireline menu. My favourites are the signature smoked prawn toast, typhoon shelter prawn and umami steak. Every course was so enjoyable!
the ambience of the place was amazing, had attentive service and the food was delicious! in particular the appetisers were unique combinations of foods that worked very well together to start off the meal!
A well-executed fusion dish. Super rich broth with generous, huge, prawns with juicy heads. Seems a bit pricey, but the portion is really sizable. Would recommend getting this to complement the other delicious starter options, and just enjoy a nice meal here in the cosy atmosphere.
nice ambience and exciting menu to showcase refined hawker fare, and the highlight was the prawn ramen that combined the traditional umami flavour of prawn mee and the sweet, creamy broth of ramen
prawns were huge, fresh and succulent
The dishes felt creative without being overly complicated, and every course had a good balance of flavours and textures.

For the Hamachi Tartare, the hamachi was fresh and light, while the cracker added a nice crunch that paired really well with the tartare.

The smoky flavour of the Prawn Toast came through nicely and every bite had a strong prawn taste that really popped.

The Umami Steak was cooked well and full of flavour. It was tender, juicy, and had a rich savoury taste that made it easy to keep going back for more.

The creamy burrata worked surprisingly well with the smoky beans

One of my favourite dishes of the night were the “Typhoon Shelter “ Prawns. The sauce was absolutely amazing and complemented the prawn perfectly. The prawn itself was tender and incredibly easy to bite into.

The hor fun was flavourful, and the scallops were juicy and cooked just right, adding a nice sweetness to the dish.

For the Malt Black Dessert, the sourdough ice cream was smooth and creamy, melting in the mouth with a subtle tang that made it really enjoyable without being too sweet.
