Established in September 2008, this place was recommended by a colleague-influencer when our office was nearby, and I've been returning since then.
.
Their rendition has a mild orange visual, with soft yellow noodles tossed with crunchy cabbage, tender beef slices, wispy chicken egg, and crisp green chili. Topped with juicy cucumber slices and a wobbly fried sunny-side-up egg.
.
Has lovely smoky grainy salty meaty savoury eggy sweet spice flavour, a straightforward rendition.

Kothu Prata = Prata fried their way w/ veg & hidden chilli padi.
Thanks to our brother over @thehalalfoodblog for this power recommendation yesterday!
This 2 month old stall in Chai Chee has mee goreng that resembles the Malaysian style, with savoury noodles that carry a whif of smoky aroma from frying. Mutton is tender and moist. Sedap!
