The perfect sweet ending to my lovely set lunch. This is essentially a deconstructed pistachio cake with minced pistachios, vanilla custard, mixed berries, coriander ice cream topped with a thin crispy cookie. A very beautiful and delicious dessert in a generous serving.
This is a lovely place for lunch on a weekday. Great service and tasty food on exquisite plating. Nice ambience and music. I'll be back. 😊
These were really awesome! Meat was deliciously tender with a slightly crispy crust. The side of cabbages was also beautifully done; it was one of the most delicious vegetables I've eaten. My only complaint is that the portions here are on the small side so definitely do get the 3 course instead of 2 course meal.
You eat this by spreading the delicious minced duck onto the bread. An excellent starter. Didn't really like the caper berries though. Found them too saltish. But for people who prefer their food to be stronger in taste, the capers will make a good accompaniment for the minced duck.
Soft and fluffy inside, that you would think that you are literally riding the clouds in the sky! Crisp thin potato skin on the outside, and perfectly cooked through inside. These babies sit on sour cream and topped off with a handful of chopped chives. Literally fluffy on fluffy, like the four cygnets in Swan Lake repertoire dancing together in synchronised harmony. What a perfect side, to any mains.
The name of this dish alone should be enough to whet your appetite. The pork was simply sublime - two generous chunks were given, each incredibly tender with just the right fat-to-meat ratio. It simply melts in your mouth. The crispy brown rice provided a nice crunchy texture to the dish, while the cabbage helped to balance everything out. If you're a meat lover, you should definitely should get this if you come here.
Most people like myself will just walked pass this place without knowing there was this restaurant.
Their combination of ingredients was more unique. The best dish we had will be this. After 12 hours of slow cooking, resulted in this tender pork. The nutty rustic brown rice created the contrast of texture. Together with the buttermilk and brown sauce, this dish brought much comfort to our tired souls.
