I find myself eating here whenever I can because the restaurant is always quiet and I seriously do not want it to close down. I feel like I’m in Hong Kong whenever I dine here and their roasted pork belly is one of the best in Singapore. Cut to the size of Mahjong tiles (seriously), they are always served warm with a very crispy top and mustard on the side. There is never a separate layer of fat which usually comes with cheaper roasted pork belly and yet, each piece is melt-in-your-mouth soft. 😋😋😋
Soufflé balls! 4 for $6.80. Not quite as good as hua ting (this is greasier) but still quite nice!
$6.20 with scallop and asparagus. Only 40 cents more than the usual choices. Good size portion.
