Finally got to savor the seafood congee.

Reminded me of muifan (rice with broth). So anyway, the broth had a very sweet seafoody aftertone. Quite a generous amount of seafood ingredients. When I plunged the scoop in, it was like unravelling hidden treasure because there were seafood buried below.

This claypot of congee was meant for 4 pax but in my opinion, it is enough for 6. A very comforting meal indeed!!
