The broth has a natural sweetness to it and the congee is brimming with generous portions of a variety of fresh seafood.

The seafood are fresh and comes in generous portion of big prawn, lala clams, crayfish, and crab.

🍤 Vietnamese Scallop and Prawn Skewers (6 pieces) 越式带子甘蔗虾 (S$15.00) 🍤

A clever idea to use sugarcane stalks as skewers to hold the prawn and scallop meat.
