@supplydemandnovena has revamped their menu featuring italian fusion dishes!

The Wagyu Beef Yakiniku Pizza was my favourite main with slices of beef that were tender and slightly sweet making the pizza tasty. I would prefer a thinner crust as I found the crust slightly hard but it was still pretty good!

The Truffle Caprese with Parma Ham comes with a rather large serving of burrata which made this dish very refreshing, the creamy flavours going well with the savoury flavours of the parma ham too.

@dtccsg Vivocity reopened recently after a revamp and they are back with their Christmas dishes 🎄☃️

We had the Slow Cooked Australian Beef Rib and Turkey Parmigiana with their Gingerbread Latte and Christmas Sangria. The beef was very tender, served with dark chocolate sauce infused with orange, I was skeptical about it at first but the sauce wasn't sweet so they went surprisingly well together! The turkey was served with cheese and mushroom sauce along with some pasta. It was quite tasty and the meat wasn't dry as well. I had the Gingerbread Latte and felt that the coffee was too strong that it covered the gingerbread flavour, it was still a pretty decent cup of coffee!

To end off our meal, we had some of their cakes for dessert. The flourless chocolate cake was rich and balanced with a bit of raspberry to add some tangy flavour. The strawberry cheesecake had nicely balanced flavours in the mousse too but I would like it if there was more sponge cake because it got a bit much after a while 😅

@overricesg doesn't just have yummy mains, they have addictive sides as well! Their spicy popcorn chicken is a must have whenever I visit. The sauce is really spicy and it goes really well with the crispy popcorn chicken. The overrice fries has that same spicy sauce, shredded meat and a lot of fried shallots to give it that extra crunch and flavour. Always looking forward to eating here 😋

The lobster bisque was tasty, rich with flavour. There were lobster chunks inside but the lobster chunks were quite tough.

The truffle fries were pretty good for how much we paid with a strong truffle flavour and quite a bit of cheese on it.

This was quite a decent plate of fish and crisps for it's price point. The fish was crisp outside and tender inside. It's just a pity that the crisps were soggy quite quickly.

This was good but the portion was quite small, it would have been worth it at full price but deliveroo was offering it at 30% off.

The roasted chicken was really flavourful and the brown sauce with herb butter was delicious as well.

The duck fat aglio olio was rich in flavour and the angelhair pasta helping to prevent the dish from being too rich. It wasn't spicy and I felt that was the only thing lacking in this.

We had the 3 course lunch and it was pretty worth it for $33 each and such quality. We had the eggplant salad which was a mix of the sweet and savoury. It comes with hummus too.

I really liked the pumpkin soup because it was the right amount of creamy and there was a unique taste to it as well. I would have liked it more if the croutons were smaller, there were really big and were quite a mouthful.
