The sauce goes way beyond the typical olive oil and garlic you get at most places. So enticingly saturated with umami-ness from prawn stock and fragrant mushrooms, it was a non-stop slurp-up fest once I started on it. This dish features housemade Scialatielli pasta (it's like a thick "meepok"), five large de-shelled fresh prawns (save for the head and tail) and porcini mushrooms. I rolled out of there completely satisfied 😊
