It's one of those East meets West dishes where al dente linguine are tossed in garlic sauce and topped with roasted pork belly. As simple as it looks, it's packed with flavours! A great eat.
Keep your eyes peeled as they will be rolling out Christmas specials set meals. Each set comes with a complimentary Christmas goodie too.

Featuring the Sambal Sea Catch [$15.90] which consist of linguine and sautéed mixed seafood tossed with their in-house olive oil sambal blend, fresh garlic, chilli padi and onions. I would say the overall combi with the spiciness 🌶🌶 is quite shiok, however I wouldn't recommend it for the non-spicy eaters.
If you are not up for the adventure, go for Tom Yum with Pan-seared Salmon [$10.90]. // Thank you @griddysg for hosting!
My personal preference of the al dente linguini could do a little longer on the stove, some like the firmness otherwise.

Creamy fettuccine with bacon & mushrooms. Right amount of creaminess. Will NOT make one feel sick after few mouthfuls.
This fushion dish worked out pretty well adding a touch of spice with the sambal. Fret not should you be looking for purely Italian pasta. The bulk of the menu consist of Italian food with a small section of Asian inspired dishes for those who have cravings for spicier flavours.
Considering there are lobster rolls going for almost fifty bucks in Singapore these days, I thought this had quite a lot of lobster meat for its price. In terms of quality, of course this isn't quite the same as the fresh-from-the-tank type found in the aforementioned lobster rolls. But the chunks of lobster and fish roe had a natural sweetness and slightly crunchy texture, which tasted fresh enough for my tastebuds. The garlic cream sauce was light and lovely, but could have done with a pinch more salt. Yet I say, to each his own; you might like it just the way it is.
Although very creamy, there is a lot of depth and dimension to this angel hair pasta dish, thanks to the smoked pancetta, white wine and chives. Break the gently poached egg perched in the middle and spread its richness for extra oomph.
