Considering there are lobster rolls going for almost fifty bucks in Singapore these days, I thought this had quite a lot of lobster meat for its price. In terms of quality, of course this isn't quite the same as the fresh-from-the-tank type found in the aforementioned lobster rolls. But the chunks of lobster and fish roe had a natural sweetness and slightly crunchy texture, which tasted fresh enough for my tastebuds. The garlic cream sauce was light and lovely, but could have done with a pinch more salt. Yet I say, to each his own; you might like it just the way it is.
