there are many burgers in singapore but none like this one. what makes it stand out is the patty. for one, it was made from a combination of beef from 3 different breeds of cattle. the patty itself is flavourful and has a wonderful beefy flavour. the burnt bits on the patty are also excellent - small nuggets of charred beef that are only seen on a burger that is not too tightly packed.
overall, it is a simple burger. patty, cheese, lettuce, tomato, bun. nothing fancy, nothing else needed 😁

What an incredible 3 course set lunch offered by Spago! It's a mystery why they're not packed to the brim with this special. Perhaps most people don't know about it. I had the big eye tuna tartare cones, grilled angus beef burger & coconut-passion fruit trifle. Servings were generous and we all couldn't finish the fries that came with it. The tuna tartare was delicious and comes with a spicy wasabi kick, while the medium-rare beef patty was deliciously juicy. And you get to do all this at top of Marina Bay Sands. Here's a great way to give Spago a try!

This is a place you'll go to when you're in the mood to explore new places in the neighborhood on a Saturday afternoon. Located in the deep end of the food court, Flambé serves pasta, burgers, steaks and fish fare. I had the beef patty done medium rare marinated with a hint of chimichurri. It went really well with the caramelized onions, bacon and cheese giving you a burst of flavors. I can totally imagine this served at nicer environments at double the price. Satisfaction!

Tried the chicken burger as the 2 other dishes I've ordered are beef based. The serving is huge. I think one should always do burgers the only way it should be done. Beef patties.

Totally something I'd dig for breakfast. Or lunch. Or dinner. Or supper. Actually, I'd dig this any time of day. There's a thick slice of spam stacked with a fried egg and smoked bacon between cushiony potato buns, and next to all that – a pile of criss-cut fries, shoestring fries and curly fries fried so golden they practically project their own halo gleaming over themselves.

This is four floors of awesomeness! 1) Medium well done beef patties. 2) Melted cheese. 3) Great taste chemistry combination of triple onions, lettuce & pickles. 4) Abundance of its notorious sauce. Must try!

Crispy bacon and juicy beef patty, you got my attention. Add a serving of paprika fries, I'm completely sold. The Beef and Bacon Cheeseburger ($17) is a no-frills, good ole American burger that is hearty, comforting and definitely filling.

The place was super packed and buzzing, might've been challenging to handle for the staff so our food took quite long to arrive. My friends had the signature Dead Hippie and I had the chicken burger. They loved the juicy patties but because the meat wasn't firmly packed it created quite a mess over their fingers. My fried chicken patty was crunchy but other than that nothing much to rave about. Sambal fries didn't really taste local - more like chilli con carne, but still yummy. Buffalo wings were quite good, the spicy and sour chicken get chewed off the bone easily. #Burpple

I'm in love again.... with burgers. This time from the wildrocket blue cheese burger. Love the way they infuse the blue cheese in the freshly grilled beef patty. I think they literally blend it into the meat. The generous and fresh rockets (what else) top the beef patty and gives it the characteristic taste different from other cheese burgers. What comes as a little surprise is that the lower layer of bun is coated with peanut butter, the granular type. Whilst I enjoyed the nutty sauce/ dressing, I'd think not everyone would appreciate that. I always believe eating the burgers with no extra sauces. Certain no need for more flavours into this one. Full credits to creating this flavourful signature burger. When in love, love it in its entirety, not in parts.

A burger is a burger is a burger, right?

Wrong.
This head-turner is one of the best burgers I've had. It features a scored beef patty made using juicy wagyu rump – minced neither too chunky nor too fine, it boasts just the right bite and oozes a beguiling smoky aroma. A garnish of caramelised red onions provides a sweet foil against the robust meatiness of the wagyu, while sidekicks of streaky bacon and golden-brown fries make the dish even more irresistible.

Today I had the privilege to taste the first burger and steak ever served at the Wildfire Kitchen + Bar. The burgers are modeled after the famous Blacows burgers found in Tokyo. I was served the Classic 001 ($16) with a special twist- helmed by a fullblood Wagyu patty. Every bite was satisfyingly juicy, and the patty was flanked with golden cheddar goodness and beer caramelized onions. The brown buns held their shape while maintaining softness and sweetness. What’s best, you can finish off with a bottle of craft beer at only $9 (Happy hours 6-8pm) in an alfresco or indoor environment. All in all, this burger lover will be back again!

For people who find burgers too filling, Dojo served savory snacks too like this Komba Bao. Comes in 2 pieces at a price of $6, the braised pork belly is sandwiched between the fried mantou buns. I just can't stop munching on the fried mantou buns because that's something e traditional komba buns doesn't have. The pork belly just taste too good and I wished I still have the capacity to eat more of it after having a burger set all to myself!
