They definitely take pride in their presentation. Such a pretty sight.
Friday night hot pot, great company, comfort food, and fancy presentation π
Fancy, comfortable place for chi-chi hot pot. Beautiful table setting and presentation. Patrons can choose either two or three soup base. We had the Pork Broth, Tomato Soup, and Mala Soup.
Thanks Eleanor for inviting me to this super spectacular hotpot experience!! That bamboo tube contained a flavourless iced herbal tea in the middle which melted under the heat and βrefilledβ the soup base. Lol... gimmicky but really entertaining. The soups were tasty, pleasant service and pretty good food too! Happy to take my family back for another visit ππ»
I love the tomato soup and there is also an option to add on iced herb tea, said to relieve heatiness, into your soup through a bamboo drip. if you come by, also order the fried beancurd skin rolls and their signature sichuan recipe noodles! just got hungry typing this. hotpot buddies, where are yβall?!
.
thank you @lixianglansg and @singaporefoodlisting for the hosted lunch!
Notice the ice herb tea served in a bamboo pipe? The ice herb infusion has used up to 72 types of herbs and acts as a cooling option. Watch as it melts and drips into the tri-soup (Pork Bone Soup + Tomato Soup+ Sichuan Spicy Soup) base hotpot. Some of the hotpot ingredients you may try including Special Recipe Beef, Spain Black Pork, American Wagyu Beef, Handmade Shrimp Cake, Sichuan Recipe Noodles and more! .
