texture of the la mian is excellent. broth is thick and full of flavour. love the pork chop.

From the pork bone soup series, which tastes like tonkotsu haha. I generally avoid dishes like this, where the accompaniment is usually an afterthought. So I was surprised to find the pork damn good. The la mian was superb again.

We went for the highest-quality beef this time as we had vouchers. Disappointingly it wasn't anything like wagyu cubes, but a lousy cut that had significant rubbery parts. That aside, the la mian and broth were superb again, although the latter was unusually oily.

Soft pork ribs that falls off as you put your chopsticks through it. Add some chilli oil for that extra kick.

Food there was always good but somehow the one in my memory taste better this time round. Biggest portion as ever.
