Kinda like omakase. There's appetisers, sashimi, grilled, simmered, fried and vinegared, but the dishes aren't fixed. So many things that you'll be full lah. Atas spot so the quality is also expected.

Grilled saba, softshell crab tempura, octopus. Atas spot so the quality is expected. The fish was so perfect you wouldn't think it's saba.

The Sake Ichinokura Mirai E Tsunagu Baton Tokubetsu Junmai Genshu (SGD $48 for 300ml) is made with Kuranohana rice polished to 60%, brewed by the Ichinokura Co., Ltd., in the city of Matsuyama, Miyagi prefecture, Tohoku region, Japan.

The body is light, smooth, and rich, with aromas and tastes of steamed rice, green apples, young papaya, and mountain dew, and delicate fruity earthy mineral sweet flavours.

Served chilled, it's very pleasing.

Proceeds go towards continuing care for children living in the areas affected by the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami (the Great East Japan Earthquake of March 2011), supporting their education until they reach 20 years in age, under the Hatachi Fund.
