The Starter: Sourdough & Seasonal Fermented Butter. I started with the sourdough, which featured a beautifully rustic, charred crust and a chewy, airy crumb. The absolute star, however, was the seasonal fermented butter. The restaurant's dedicated fermentation lab really shows off here—the butter carried a distinct, complex tang and a savory depth that elevated a simple slice of bread into something highly addictive.
For the main, I had the Tajima Wagyu Picanha, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Picanha can sometimes be a tricky cut to perfect, but the execution here was flawless. The secret weapon is their house-made shio koji marinade. The koji enzymes worked brilliantly to tenderize the beef while drawing out a rich, earthy umami profile that paired seamlessly with the kiss of the wood-fire smoke.

Had a great time at Ingleside. Food was fantastic and service was beyond expectations. They even gave us complimentary chocolates at the of our dining experience. Would definitely come back again.

Shoutout to Mateo for giving us a mini tour and explaining the history and process of the restaurant.

Sourdough Bread - 8/10

Wagyu Picanha - 9/10
Smoked Chocolate Brownie - 8/10
Lemon Ginger Spritz - 7/10

I came here with my date for dinner and was not disappointed.

First off, I started with the Sourdough Bread and Miso butter. What caught my interest was the unique flavour of the butter on the bread. I like that it's different yet delicious.

Next, we had Wagyu Tartare on a roasted bone marrow. It certainly had a unique presentation and the taste was good.

Just as everyone had recommended, I tried the Tajima MBS 6-7 Wagyu Picanha 200g, medium rare and it definitely lived up to the hype. I especially love how tender the beef was and the deep flavour it had.

We ended our meal with Sea Salt Smoked Chocolate Brownie and a glass of Quinta do Noval 10 Year Old Tawny Port. The dessert and the wine were not too sweet and I really enjoyed it. Moreover, they included a complimentary chocolate which was really nice of them.

The waiter Mateo is professional, attentive and knowledgeable, making my overall experience interesting and welcoming.

And of course, the free water never disappoints.

Thank you.

I had a great experience at Ingleside. I ordered the Iberico pork, which was cooked to a perfect medium doneness—tender, juicy, and full of flavour without being too heavy. I also tried the A5 wagyu beef, which was incredibly rich and melt-in-your-mouth, with a beautiful marbling that really elevated the dish. To balance the richness, I had a lemon ginger spritz, which was light and refreshing and paired really well with both meats. Overall, a very enjoyable meal with high-quality ingredients, well-executed dishes, and a great dining atmosphere.

Meat was perfectly cooked, and the dining experience was perfect. Staff were extremely attentive to your needs and paced the serving of food well.

Solid meal with well-executed dishes. The iberico and picanha were tender and flavorful, and the truffle pomme purée was creamy and indulgent. Also enjoyed the sourdough with miso butter and the refreshing ginger lemon spritz.
