I had this stall in my to-eat list but wah I didn't expect that long queue. Their manpower and clockwork indicated they're serious. This soup is quite a heritage dish and they did it so well. The meat was as tender as duck confit and the soup so tasty.

The duck meat portion is generous but the salted vegetable soup is a little too sour
A popular stall along Sin Ming Road serving some pretty decent braised duck rice.
There’s a long queue around noon time and you could see people coming here to tabao many packages back home.
For $4.50, you get a plate of duck meats together with rice and soup. The meat was really juicy and pair well with the dipping chili sauce.
Y'know it's traditional when they keep brewing the sauce so it can grow it's goodness. This massive serving with the duck leg and duck wing ($7) was easily wolfed down. We love how tender it was - the skin is also jellyish soft. And the chili - I was sold by the strong vinegar tinge to it. Absolutely well paired with the duck!
