As requested, the steak was done medium well. One will expect the beef to be tougher at medium well, but le entrecote's was smooth, chewy and you literally feel the meat dissolving as you bite. This is really one of the best steaks in singapore. The mustard savoury gravy was excellent with the beef. Another attraction is the free flow fries but do note that sharing of the free flow chips are not allowed.
Service was surprisingly good. Lady boss was offering us more complimentary fries, even though the steak already came with alot of fries. Steak was decent and cooked to medium-rare as per our preference. With that said, the cut isn't a good steak cut, so it was alot more chewy than we would have preferred. Would definitely go back again with Burpple Beyond 1-for-1 đ

It was a shame that I only made an effort to come down to try this often-mentioned Trimmed EntrecĂ´te Steak (S$34.90) a few days before they wind up their business at Glasshouse by DHM. And the good thing was that I did not regret the decision to visit.
Rather than calling it a dish, I would prefer to say that it was like a set, with a plate of walnut and greens salad served before the star of the night. The team really made an effort to inform the distinction of courses as two sets of cutleries were placed on the placemat.
And then came the steak, which was already cut into parts for a more effortless consumption. The interesting part was actually the legendary secret sauce that tasted quite intense but with a mildly sour finish, and that proved to give the steak a little more flavour. Too much sauce? Impossible, because they would all become the âdipping sauceâ for the huge pile of fries that came along.
Best part of the meal, would probably be that this set of items were eligible for Burpple Beyond deals!

Only putting this in causal dining bc of burpple beyond!! (lol) was hoping to be proven wrong but it is true that some staff treat you differently when you mention youâre using beyond....anyways the meal started off with a simple salad that was pretty appetizing before this mountain of fries and steak was presented to us. Ordered medium well and it still felt over cooked so maybe medium might work better! I enjoyed the Legendary Sauce, I THINK itâs mushroom + aged cheese giving it a sourish aftertaste that might not be everyoneâs cup of tea!!! But the fries....were so good. So crispy and not oily at all, i loved it with the sauce!
$22 | Ordered medium rare patty which was really juicy and flavourful. Absolutely love how the blue cheese wasnât too overpowering!
Served alongside are the golden brown fries which are crisp to perfection and housemade kepchup sauce to match.
Glasshouse by DHM (Deliciae Hospitality Management) is a multi-concept two-storey terrace with four restaurants encompassing various cuisines and menus that customers can indulge in at the same time. Nestled comfortably in the side of Robinsons The Heeren, the mainly alfresco dining experience gives customers the option of ordering from the menus of four eponymous restaurants in DHMâs namesake grasp, from handcrafted juicy burgers hailing from &Made to communal tapas and Spanish classics delectably created by Sabio. A weekend lunch over a fortnight ago gave me the opportunity to try a single dish from one of their concepts, the LâEntrecĂ´te Steak & Fries Bistro. Of course, eponymous to their restaurant and being in fact, the only main course served in their menu (the only other exception being a singular XXL upsized version of the same dish) is their Trimmed EntrecĂ´te Steak ($34.90++). Served with their self-proclaimed legendary sauce, a generous portion of straight cut fries and a green walnut salad, the experience was sadly rather lacklustre. EntrecĂ´te (French for âbetween the ribsâ) is essentially just a ribeye steak that is prepared and served off the bone, conclusively being a rather thin boneless ribeye steak. The entrecĂ´te steak served at LâEntrecĂ´te at the Glasshouse was rather tough for my liking, and chewing became a bore by the fourth inconclusive bite. The only redeeming factor of the dish was in fact, the delightful mustard-forward sauce that paired wonderfully with the crisp and simply seasoned straight-cut fries.
