From Huai Nan Beef Soup. Comes with a gigantic rib on top of the usual beef slices. But the price matched it hahaha very expensive. Good but not great broth. The rib added meat but I think it's more a gimmick lah.
Arriving from Tokyo, Japan, this Kakigori is ultra fluffy and soft. Light yet flavourful with the natural-tasting strawberry syrup and freeze dried strawberry, along with milk syrup and airy fresh cream espuma. A tad pricy for the size but worth a try!
P.S Limited numbers (200) available daily until 9 March! Do check their insta and go early to get the flavour of your choice - am eying their upcoming pistachio raspberry. There’s no seating there but we popped over to the food court next door.
