Do you prefer eating fried chicken skin better than the meat? Yup, I am one of those who will happily chow down the chicken skin minus the meat, anytime.
Gleefully snacking on these massive, golden-brown crisp skin @DevilChickensg that crackles with each bite.

Had my first ever devil chicken on Taiwan & I AM SO HAPPY THIS CAME TO SG. In Taiwan, the locals would highly recommend devil chicken & it’s the OG. Still the same old thick ass juicy chicken. Though it’s chest meat, it’s as tender as it can get!!!
Flavourful, juicy and thick; Devil Chicken’s Original Fried Chicken ($7.90) was so good and certainly exceeded my expectations! Firstly, the look - the crunchy crust sports a lovely golden hue and was pretty sizable. For the taste, the thin batter held a sweet-savoury hint which really complemented the natural flavours of the succulent cutlet. I love the seasoning which was of a stronger profile. Lastly, the texture, you get to enjoy the satisfying contrast between the crisp exterior and the plump, meaty interior. The amount of moisture locked into the meat was simply amazing. Prepared upon order, it didn’t feel greasy to me at all though the slightly grease-soaked paper showed me otherwise.
Crunchy thin batter, deepfried upon order. Texture remained moist though a portion of cutlet was made up of breast meat.
惡魔雞排 Good in Taiwan, still good here in Singapore. The cutlet sizes are huge and cooked to a perfect balance of a tasty and crispy batter and and juicy interior. There are 2 flavours listed which is essentially spicy and non-spicy. Highly recommend if you live near Jcube!
Have been loving this chicken cutlet and would get them everytime we travel to Tw! Now it’s finally here in Singapore and we are so happy!
