Personal preference but I liked their sui gyozas more than the pan fried version since its a bit of a waste to ruin that silky skin with grease. Nice piquant sauce and fresh enough fillings. They have seafood dumplings that cost a dollar more too.
Tasted like a cross between chinese lamian and Japanese ramen to me, but for all the grease, this was still pretty worth it for the tasty briney prawnish broth.
Dinner at one of our fav ramen restaurants, Burosu Honten! 😋 Do try the kani crab seafood ramen 🍜 gyoza is great too!

Keisuke Tonkatsu King used to be my favorite ramen, then this came along and I like both for different reasons.

I like that the broth here is made using both pork and seafood. It's thick, porky, seafood sweet, and umami. It's really shiok to slurp this down when it's hot.
crispy, lightly charred bottom with juicy, flavorful fillings
