Waited awhile for this since it’s freshly cooked. The truffle aroma is so intense! Unagi is well seasoned and cooked 👍🏻 love the sauce and seaweed that are mixed into the Japanese pearl rice 🍚

6 slices of torched salmon sashimi topped with generous amount of smoky mentaiko sauce. I have to say their sauce is even yummier than Salmon Samurai’s! Also comes with seaweed, jellyfish, pickles & wasabi. I absolutely love the Japanese pearl rice that’s cooked till perfection, infused with truffle oil, ebiko and toasted sesame seeds. Every mouthful is so tasty 😋 only complain I guess is the is small portion size? 😅

This is my favourite out of all 4 bowls and my ultimate favourite ramen of all time since I’m not really a meat lover. The broth is so tasty that I finished every drop of it 😆🤤 The combination of rosti sounds weird but it’s so good with the soup?! 😋
