Platter consist of 24 months parma ham, mortadella, Italian ham, 36 months parmesan, percorino, fossa cheese and marmalade. Recommendation: eat the cheese dipped in marmalade. Goes surprisingly well together~
Most of the ingredients had been sourced directly from Italy, as Mr Luca Bottura (owner of the restaurant) wish to provide an authentic yet affordable Italian dining experience.
special mention goes to their trademark tagliolini zebrati con gambretti e zucchini - egg and squid ink tagliolini with shrimp and zucchini in cream sauce. it's definitely the comfort food my friends and i will be thinking of as we count down the minutes till the end of class. #botturasg #botturacontest #burpple
@botturasg's Arancini Al Ragú ($12) is a perfect starter for anyone who loves your carbs! The tomato sauce that comes with it adds a nice touch and complements the rice balls really well! It was so good that I was scooping out every last bit of the sauce to eat.

It's the Number 1 hot seller at the restaurant and it's easy to see why. Instead of having ingredients swimming in squid ink sauce, they had infused it into the pasta!! Now we don't have to worry about black lips or teeth, and can relax at having this sensational dish~
Love the fresh tomato sauce on the thin, crisp pizza crust, generously spread with a trio of mixed mushrooms (porcini, shiitake, straw)!
The slight chocolatey flavour profile from the coffee complements well with the richness of the vanilla, creating a "latte-like" drink once the coffee has mixed into the gelato.
