This yu sheng is different from many places as it comes with an assortment of 10 herbs and vegetables, aromatic spices, almonds & walnuts, crispy salmon skin, pomelo and the tea-smoked Norwegian salmon slices. To make it even healthier, it comes with a spring-onion infused olive oil and wild honey yuzu dressing. By tossing and mixing it well, you can taste the zesty and sweetness from the yu sheng, making it an enjoyable starter before the meal.

The yusheng platter is packed within another box which opens up as a guiding canvas of all the auspicious greetings that you normally associate when setting up the yusheng. Additionally, the outside box also acts as a vessel to collect all the mess from the tossing so that cleaning up will not be a chore later. Signature Chilli Pomelo Crab is simmered with lemongrass and ginger flower. The thick gravy has got just enough heat, and appears to be fiery on the first mouthful, but you will start to love it.

They're big. Bigger than those serve in other restaurants. The combination of prawns minced with fish is really good. The sour chilli sauce is a great dip making this dish a good appetizer or beer snack. Yummy!
