Truffle-infused king prawn wanton, nai bai cabbage & truffle slices in (a tad salty) chicken broth.
It's really big - the wonton skin. The prawn is big though. The saving grace is the sweet and sour sauce which goes very well even with the thick wonton skin. It's a very filling starter.
