Ever eaten cooked salad. This is my first and I like it. Break the pouched egg on top of the salad, mixed it well with the salad and you've got a nice meal altogether. Very interesting.
Yummy! This toasted orange ciabatta with kaya butter is really a good combination.
A new take on ortah. Freshly steamed egg with minced pork and fish. Very smooth ortah.
It's really big - the wonton skin. The prawn is big though. The saving grace is the sweet and sour sauce which goes very well even with the thick wonton skin. It's a very filling starter.
It's rare to have roast goose in Chinese restaurants yet this Teochew restaurant has it. My expectation went out the window when it was served. It's Teochew style roast goose. It's quite good.

If you don't like their meatballs then this maybe something you prefer. Thick ring of seafood covered with thin bread crust. Yummy.
Crunchy noodle and tasty ingredients such as abalone, lean pork and fried fishball. The sauces with pieces of lard are mixed well in the noodles. The egg is nice but a bit too salty.
Don't be put off by the name. The name in Chinese just sounded like coffin wood. If you like thick toast and creamy seafood soup this is for you. The soup has prawns, sotong and fish and not too thick. Dip the top piece of bread in the soup and the combination is good.
Har Jeong Kai (虾酱鸡) burger is a take on a local dish (prawn paste chicken). It's salty at the bite but gets better as the chunky chicken meat is very tender inside. You either love or hate it there's no sitting on the fence. Try it to know.
