One for one on Burpple beyond is available here! Al dente, generously studded with hazelnut; this was very good! Loved the nutty fragrance within the masala cream base with tender shredded duck confit.

One for one with Burpple beyond is available here! Thought it sounded interesting but didn’t quite get the hint of chocolate from pasta. Nevertheless it was a pretty tasty pasta dish that reminded us of beef ragout.

Pan seared with crisp skin, with creamy seafood stew and dash of truffle oil which wasn’t too overwhelming. Quite a comforting dish for me and I liked the little briny pops!

The Miso Charred Greens ($6) was fantastic too. Very appetizing and couldn’t stop going for it. Liked the crunchy texture too and how the cauliflower/ broccoli were just right neither too hard nor softšŸ˜‚ I immediately googled for recipes and made a mental note to try this at home but I think I’ll gladly be back for this again and try the other sandos!

One of the best sandos I’ve had in awhile! Buttery, generally crisp brioche, with a great pairing of fillings.

Fried buttermilk chicken was succulent, lightly crisped, with sriracha cincalok and coriander slaw. The smoked brisket of the beef sando was a flavour bomb, melt-in-the-mouth tender with a nice portion of fat that didn’t leave one feeling jelak, with Smokey cheddar, ratatouille and pickles to cut through the richness. Both were great but I practically devoured the beef in a few mouthfuls because it was so darn good! Would highly likely be able to finish one by myself but would recommend bringing a friend to share the sandos so you can try more than one flavour.

Couldn’t recall the price but it’s about $9 if I’m not wrong. Smoky, flavorful and tender, this was damn shioooookk!

From Streets of Bangkok, this tomyum mama was quite addictive as the piquant soup was just the right amount of spiciness (ie mild), sourness and richness. Topped with prawns, fish, meat, mussels, mushrooms and egg. This was the portion for 1 pax which can probably be ordered for sharing if you’re planning to get other food! The seafood here is pretty decent and affordable, and the grilled pork skewers (moo ping) was damn tasty too.

They seem to be opening quite a few outlets. We had this as a late dinner - pricey (if I’m not wrong these bowls were at least $8.90-$12+); but I quite like the roasted pork which was crackling good! Charsiew is also pretty decent (they’ve got Iberico Pork Belly or Collar). But felt the noodles were a tad too soggy and I probably could do without the onsen egg. Might go for the rice next time.

We enjoyed this jap style pork rib! They have it in Hong Kong style and Coffee; picked the jap style as they said it was slightly less sweet than HK’s. The pork ribs were tender enough and beautifully caramelised on the outside, and just the right balance of savoury/ sweet!

This was very fresh and enjoyable! The sauce wasn’t spicy at all and somehow had a nutty hint to it. Would’ve liked a little more heat to it. We also ordered mantou ($6, min 6 pcs) to dip because it’s an unspoken rule 🤪

Squid was soft and crisp outside, enjoyed the smoked celeriac mash but the broth it was in didn’t quite work for us.

Pork jowl was tender, and i loved the smokiness of the mushrooms and pork. I didn’t mind the black garlic purĆ©e at all. The interesting thing here is that you can choose from a choice of 5 firewood - Jarrah, Hickory, Oak, Cherry and Applewood!
