Caramelised crunchy sugar formed a heaping mountain on top of the latte, sweetening something already sweet. Itโs definitely a pleasant drinkโ but also sends โPrediabetes is a warning sign for diabetesโ HPB advert sirens in my head ๐คช

I remember disliking Chai Latte, but Tobyโs ๐พ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ (~$5.80) wasnโt over the top with the spice, inside coming in more comforting and complementary. Equally impressive was their ๐๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ (~$4.90) which had a nice nutty finish against a light bodied milk base. โ๏ธ

Come for their coffee, not the food. The ๐๐ช๐ง๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ช๐ง๐ (~$21.50) saw overly fishy salmon against a limp soggy muffin, and scrambled eggs that make me miss Microbakeryโs. The pulled beef was sufficiently sweet tho. ๐ณ๐ฅฉ

At about ~$20 per Wagyu burger, I must say this is quite the steal. The unanimous favourite that day during the soft launch was the ๐๐๐ง๐ง๐๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ ๐พ๐๐๐๐จ๐ ๐ฝ๐ช๐ง๐๐๐ง (~$16), with the subtle sweet terriyaki crusting over the salty fatty melt in your mouth Wagyu patty.๐๐

For the ๐๐ค๐๐ ๐๐ง๐๐จ ๐ฝ๐ช๐ง๐๐๐ง๐จ we tried (~$24-$28), the foie gras kind of overpowered the beef and the bun, which was abit toooo much for my liking. Hopefully they made tweaks before their official launch ๐

All their burgers came with a yuzu mayo like sauce on their buns, which I really appreciated โ fruity citrus contrasting the salt evident patty. ๐ฅฉ๐

The rare times I actually get dry noodles, itโs for Top1โs ๐ฟ๐ง๐ฎ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ฃ (~$4), tossed in black soya sauce and spicy chilli๐ถ .

With springy (and perfectly!) QQ noodles, it makes me question the kinda Umian/Ban Mian Iโve been having my whole life ๐ฅบ

Meatballs werenโt seasoned over the top Nor underseasoned, having a very homey comforting taste ๐

Another main I liked was the thin crust ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ (~$18), where the oily fatty Unagi melted in my mouth as if on demand. ๐
