Worth the price and the beef was really really good. Generous amounts of beef was given which went really well with the peppery rice underneath!! Service was pretty slow because they were short of staff but worth the wait!
Great flavours - salted butterscotch and matchaya’s matcha. Really enjoyed the pinch of salt in the ice-cream and smoky matcha taste. Savoured every bit of.
Ordered this using Burpple Beyond, and it’s worth it at half price. Sauce was slightly spicy, and the soft shell crab was crispy. It’s a huge portion that I enjoyed finishing. Service is also good!
Did Hollin revamp its menu or sth haha nonetheless honey pearls are the everyday pearl flavour! i'm trying very hard to taste the honey though i have to say the texture of the pearls is kinda nice to chew haha but i can't rlly comment for sure if they are freshly made pearls as for the drink itself it's supposed to be earl grey tea with fresh milk and i do kinda taste a lil of earl grey haha oh idk why the drink kinda just has a lighter taste and i'm not complaining actually!
Ordered the beef and chicken basic burger. Would recommend the beef burger! Fries are good and crispy. Good deal with beyond 1 for 1! Staff was very friendly and prompt
The Armoury Burger ($23) comprises of two wagyu patties, bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato. The bacon added a dash of savouriness but the beef was a tad dry, with a flavour that was not distinct. The sauce tasted like thousand island! The bun was pretty dense but well buttered, and the fries sprinkled with paprika. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to the hype of being a namesake burger.
Buttermilk waffles was crispy and fluffy while the Hojicha ice cream was quite refreshing
There were also brownies cubes which gave a different bite/texture compared to the waffles.
A special collaboration flavour with Gong Cha - vanilla made with Madagascar vanilla beans, topped with oolong tea sauce and konnyaku rose jelly! The scoop was fragrant with a good amount of sweetness. Was fun to have with the chewy bits of konnyaku too.
This anniversary flavour is available on 13th and 14th September, as part of Tom’s 14th Anniversary celebration - they’ll also be serving up other brand new flavours and returning fan favourites through the month. Thank you @tomspalettesg for having us and @burpple for the kind invite! ✨
aRoma is a fixture during meals in Bugis - the gelato is rich, creamy and very flavourful. The new burpple beyond deals did away with the double scoops and now have the single scoop on a cone as an option. We got our favourite pistachio, and decided to try the lemon liquor! It was surprisingly refreshing and textured with some lemon rind.
Loooovveee this acái!!! Not too sweet and creamy, and absolutely loved all the granola + pb hehe and the staff was really nice which was an added plus!! 🌟
Using the Burpple 1-for-1 deal on this meant that these two pies + drinks cost us $13.50 in total. The S’Mores pie was nice and ‘gao’, a pretty clean chocolate flavour. It was good but when put next to Camp Symmetry, it paled in comparison. Camp Symmetry had truffle infused into the cookie, and though initially apprehensive, it turned out to be such a hit. There was a complexity to the flavours that complimented each other perfectly. I never thought I would miss truffle in a dessert, but this has got me wanting more.
You can choose from 3 levels of spice for your chicken — mild, extra and insane.
