Caviar, foie gras, black truffle flakes, fried garlic bits, medium rare beef slices and a sous vide egg topped on a bowl of warm Japanese rice. What’s there not to love?! I’ll answer that. Nothing, absolutely nothing. This was a delicious meal... the Donburi of our dreams! The burpple 1-for-1 deal made this such a wonderful and worth it meal. We’ll definitely be back for more!

Grape Oolong was great, interesting combination. Look forward to trying out the other teas available!

Matcha Latte was ok, not very fantastic, matcha taste wasn’t strong, couldn’t really taste the matcha fragrance. Will skip this the next time..

(Had no sugar for both drinks. For Grape Oolong, it was already quite sweet on it’s own)

Overall: 1-1 price is really worth it!! Do head down and give it a try. Just to note: minimum seats available :)

Generous portion, medium rare cook to perfection with a gradient pink on the inside. Paired really well with either salt or sauce. Meat has a nice sear outside and soft and juicy on the inside.

Love the curly fries in this dish and the mango salsa adds a nice touch to the dry taco shell. Overall an enjoyable meal and even more enjoyable when you get 1 for 1 with Burpple Beyond.

How about skipping bubble tea for a day and try this healthy alternative at Honeymill? At Honeymill, there’s over 10 different concoctions, each with different character of its own, using various types of honey from Oceania, America or Europe.

Sweetness level is indicated for all drinks. We had the Manuka Mystic, of medium level of sweetness, with added basil seeds and aloe vera. One of the store’s favourite drinks, it also has lemon added for a refreshing citrusy touch.

Sparkling honey drinks made an interesting choice. We had the sparkling Goji Goji, made with garden honey from Europe and honey jelly, which was of a higher level of sweetness than the more well-known Manuka Honey. First sip of having a sparkling honey drink was intriguing, followed by the herbal element of wolfberries. Might not be something that you will fall in love with immediately, but a good choice if you are feeling adventurous.

At Honeymill, you also get to observe how your drink is made through automation with their in-store robot!

Seek shelter from the heat at this BBT kiosk in the basement of *SCAPE. Sure to quench your thirst are the Iced Peach Tea ($3.80), the well-balanced Golden Oolong Milk Tea with Earl Grey Jelly ($4) or the refreshing Iced Soursop Tea with Red Tea Jelly ($4).

Normally carbonaras are way too creamy, milky even and hard to finish. This was just right and pretty light. The poached egg was overcooked. Otherwise, a great dish! It's truffle - what's not to love 🖤

Yummy healthy option for a post-dinner treat! 😋😋 Though I understand why some might say the açaí is a little icy, it doesn’t compromise on the taste nor the satisfaction you’re going get from this! Portion seems a little small but is actually overflowing with goodness like banana, strawberry, blueberry, passionfruit, walnut, granola, almond flakes, pumpkin seed, flaxseed and honey! Free sauces include almond butter and honey, while you can top up $1 for Nutella, peanut/cashew/almond butter. Seating is really crammed, with about 4 tables of 2 pax each. Not my favourite açaí place, but definitely a good deal with Burpple 1-for-1 and situated conveniently at Plaza Singapura. 😊😊

For oreo & milk lovers, the Oreo Milk Bubble is the bombz!! They are generous with the crushed oreo bits. The milk is fresh and pearls are small and chewy too. 3 Bros Milk Tea is normal milk tea (a bit on the sweet side though- didn’t get to choose sweetness level) with 3 different toppings- pearls, grass jelly and pudding. Paid $4 in total using BB 1-For-1. Would come back again for the oreo milk bubble!

The ambience is lovely for an evening out with family or friends. They specialize in European dishes and I would say the food is amazing. They served my Rigatoni Prawn Pasta in such huge portion, and it was definitely worth the money!

This place has got to be the hidden gem of National Library. Although the shop was not prominently located at the third storey, it offered a wide range of food. A good draw factor would be that they were recently listed under Burpple Beyond, and that would imply more one-for-one deals!

Because some of their fried stuff like fries and chicken cutlet were prepared with air fryer, the Cheeky Chicky Burger (S$15.50) had the absence of grease without compromising the crisp and taste. I liked the oozing effect of the honey mustard and that runny egg yolk that was waiting to burst. The fries had a truffle oil finish but the flavours were not overpowering, perfect for people who would prefer not to go for intense truffle-flavoured oil.
