Currently, it is very trendy in Italy at the moment. It is different from the usual round pizza we usually have.

Although the dough look thick, it is actually airy and very crispy! The Pizza dough has 36 hours proofing time and 85% of hydration. It is prepared with 50% of whole wheat flour. It is square and not round. Interestingly, u actually order their pizza based on their length. You can choose 3 sizes : 25 cm / 50 cm / 1 Metre. They also have our familiar classic round pizza option. I love the pineapple flavour most. It uses tomato sauce, turkey ham, pineapple, mozzarella. The Savoury ham with sweet pineapple is heavenly match!

Love the cold ice cream melting on top of the warm waffle. So comforting dessert. Great to end a meal with or even as an afternoon tea break. Love it with fruits too.

Featuring the delicious ice cream waffle from @creamier_sg. I always love their Smooth Creamy Ice cream. My favourite flavour is roasted pitaschio! It has the earthy nutty taste and not overly. A flavour well loved by my many friends and family. This is the first time I try their waffles. It is freshly baked. Not overly crispy and still soft inside. Perfect match with their Creamy ice cream.

I am glad that they will be reopening at Toa Payoh in 8 Oct 2019 and they will be working with @foodbanksg to create a space for The Food Pantry 2.0. There will be fully automated
vending machines that are accessible around-the-clock to distribute food aid to beneficiaries. It will also serve as a food collection point where anyone can donate non-
perishable food that are unopened, unused, and with at least four weeks of shelf life. An interesting social mission! Looking forward to visit!

I enjoyed the Foie Gras Flan the most! It reminds me of Chawanmushi. It comprises of steamed
foie gras mousse and braised gobo (burdock) with Chefโ€™s homemade consommรฉ topped with
luscious uni (sea urchin) from Japan.
Simply Divine! Delicate with A great harmony of flavours. The mousse is silky soft. The addition of gobo is a great idea as it gives another layer of texture with sweet and distinctive taste.

I always love the Kabayaki Unagi. I never tried eels that are cooked in other ways!

Eel is lightly pan-fried with a bit of oil. Sprinkled with a pinch of salt and drizzle of lemon. The eel is so tender and juicy.

They are low in sugar and has no preservatives or additives. It should be best consumed within 3 days. They are available in two flavours: Yam and Purple Sweet Potato (with/without single salted egg yolk). The fillings are made using Thailandโ€™s Premium Taro and Japanโ€™s First Grade Purple Sweet Potato. The mooncake crust is made from a mixture of two dough types โ€“ one rolled with corn oil and the other with a vegetable shortening. They are wrapped and deep fried to the desired crust finish.

It is made using shredded radish (typically Chinese radish) and plain rice flour. This is always a must have when I have dim sum.

Featuring the radish cake from @masasingapore They have creatively presented it like a pancake.
I like that you can taste the moist juicy radish shreds inside with a crispy skin on the outside. It is mainly filled with radish which is different from our typical carrot cake. Giving the dish a different level of texture, they added some peanuts as topping. A MUST-TRY!
