𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲 is a popular dish llin Singaporean cuisine with mixed Indian and Chinese origins. The head of a red snapper is stewed in curry with vegetables like okra and eggplants. I often order this dish to share with family and friends. My favourite is okra stewed in it.

Featuring the 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲 from @famoustreasure. The gravy was flavourful and not overly spicy. The spiciness level was just right for me! Perfect to go with Rice. The fish is also fresh and the meat was tender and flaky! The portion was very generous! Love the vegetables that goes with it. Especially my favourite okra.
