It is made using shredded radish (typically Chinese radish) and plain rice flour. This is always a must have when I have dim sum.

I like that you can taste the moist juicy radish shreds inside with a crispy skin on the outside. It is mainly filled with radish which is different from our typical carrot cake. Giving the dish a different level of texture, they added some peanuts as topping. A MUST-TRY!
