- Beef was braised till soft with no tendons or fatty parts which I appreciated.
- Enjoyed the brioche which soaked up the flavourful sauce, yet maintaining its integrity and surprisingly not soggy!
- Sunny up was well-cooked with a slightly creamy yolk and tender whites π³ [8/10]
- Honey glazed and black forest ham could be more moist with more cheese as some bites were quite dry with the brioche π
- Onion jam gave a burst of sweet savouriness.
- Hashbrown was a bit over-fried and crunchy hard at the edges, would prefer it thicker. [7/10]
($14) B stand Bacon, E stand Egg (scrambled), C stand Cheese. I always ordered their signature sando before venturing other flavour in their menu. I felt that their ingredients was quite filling tbh but the taste was quite creamy and jelak tbh.
That cross section of a sandwich that tasted every bit as good as it looked. A special mention on the tangy rich aioli like sauce that was impossible to resist and went well with the classic combination of avocado, scrambled eggs and melted cheese.
Youβd dream about this vegeterian sandwich.
A good cup of iced coffee, nothing fancy and pretty standard. The fragrant aroma of the coffee beans shone through the smooth milkiness of the drink. I appreciated the coffee to ice proportion - there was just enough ice to chill the cup without overly diluting it. The bittersweet drink was a perfect accompaniment to the savoury sandwiches.
Visited on a Sunday morning and they were already quite busy - seats are relatively easy to get in the morning if you donβt mind the outdoor seating.
