Friendly elderly uncle whips up a big half of watermelon. Starts scooping out flesh using a half round scooper. Then he whips out another half of empty watermelon shell from the chiller. Fills it with shaved ice, afew ice cubes. Watermelon balls goes on top. Garnished with fruit cocktail and longans.

Watermelon was sweet and juicy. As ice melts, it becomes iced watermelon juice of sorts. Cool, thirst quencher and just so fun to eat. No sugar included. A guilt-free dessert!! Great for sharing.
