This meatwich was served in a brochie bun and it was mildly spicy, saucy and loaded with flavours. The chicken was flavourfully tender and there was the crunch and sweetness from the grilled capsicum. Soaking up the marinate, the brioche bun was light and toasty with its sweetness balancing out the spice.
