Have heard about this western stall selling pretty good pizzas and finally got a chance to try!
We got the Pancetta pizza ($19 for 12 inch) and it came pretty sizable and maybe too much rocket leaves 😂 you can still taste the lovely savoury flavour from the Pancetta beneath and from the tender meatballs as well! The crust is rather chewy and quite enjoyable. Not bad of a pizza!
We also ordered the Braised Angus Beef in a calzone ($27) and this was enjoyable too. Really tender beef chunks were hidden within the crust, and we liked how saucey the dish was. Definitely very filling too!
Not bad of a pizza place in a hawker centre!
Went to The Naughty Chef last month and ordered a pulled pork pizza ($16) to share😇 I really liked the food when I tried it at One Shenton Way, but this pizza is a little underwhelming for me... maybe because I personally prefer not to have so much caramelized onions on my pizza😅 Overall ratings 6/10 for this pizza!
Came here a few times and the pasta is not bad. Tried the carbonara, the lemon crab pasta, and the pork belly aglio olio. The carbonara and pork belly aglo olio was pretty good but the lemon crab was not that good cos it was berry dry.
Tried the Porchetta pizza (the one with egg and rocket leaves) as well, not a fan :( tasted really stale, the ingredients weren’t melded tgt. This isn’t a signature dish; they recommended the other more meaty flavours though. So you might want to try those instead 🙂 We went at lunchtime so chefs might be different for dinner ya.
