Was recommend to come try their fish n chips. Love that theirs is breaded and not battered. Portions are a bit small for $8.50: a piece of breaded fish + chips + coleslaw. Taste wise nice, the fish nicely fried and inside moist, reminded me dearly of the nostalgic kind of western food.
My partner ordered the mixed grill on a sizzling plate ($15), decent serving of different poultry (beef, lamb and I think was pork). As my partner does not eat lamb, I ate the lamb and it was good for the price point. Not too gamey, cooked medium well and not too chewy.
The fried rice looks good, will be back to try that.
Slightly pricier than the usual hawker western food. But portion was good and taste was great!
