Great fried chicken that’s crunchy and juicy, but there’s only 3 pieces and everything is in dire need of sauce, meaning it’s not quite bang for buck and you might be hungry again in a few hours. They’ll need to ante up their game amidst the stiff competition for the thronging lunch crowd in Boat Quay.

A unique place that I discovered and highly recommended. The lamb is juicy, tender and less gamey taste (which is perfect for me). We ordered Premium Jingiskan with Lamb chop Set, and have added on more lamb as it tasted so good!
Lamb Sashimi ($18) tastes very much like maguro (tuna sashimi), with a clean delicate flavour and firm texture; really fresh and tender. Pair it with the crisp slices of raw onion for some sharp pungency, a dab of wasabi for heat, or just enjoy it gloriously raw. This item is not on the menu, but you can just order it and they’ll prepare it for you. @the_hitsuji_club

It wasn’t as squeamish as I thought so. There wasn’t any gamey lamb smell or taste but full of pungent and sharp onion. The tender lamb sashimi was fresh and laid over a bed of raw onion. You may eat it with wasabi or dip into the homemade sauce. 😋
