Famous for their mutton bone marrow (tulang merah), this is slow pressure baked for 12 hours. The rich savoury gravy and bone marrow is best paired with parmesan bread. If youโre afraid that this is too much, they also have a curry baby toolang which comes in a smaller serving ๐๐ฅ

The cracker was a bit too soft for my liking. Burger buns were soaked with the sauce, making it very messy as it kept on dripping on my plate.
