Song Fa Bak Kut Teh (Seletar Mall)

This is almost the same thing as the spicy chicken at their kway chap brand. Very deep and fragrant. A lot of effort.

Aka dragon rib. I've eaten enough bak kut teh to know not to order the basic ribs. But disappointingly, parts of this dragon rib weren't tender. Still big though.

My kind of comfort food. Convenient. Pork ribs here are tender with a little fat. Go with the mee sua.

Pork Ribs Soup 排骨肉骨茶 》$9 (Large)
Served with 5 pieces of pork ribs in aromatic clear, peppery and garlicky soup. Unlimited refills for soup and we refill our bowls 3 times coz it's just too tasty.

Pig's Stomach Soup 猪肚汤 》$6
Nicely cleaned pig stomach with no weird smell and nice tender texture swimming in peppery and garlicky soup.

Braised Pig's Trotter 卤猪脚 》$6.50
I'm totally lovin' this. My first time having pig trotters served without bones which is great coz I don't have to spend time separating the bones and meat. I always had the impression that pig trotters are very fatty and huge because of the bones but Song Fa's pig trotters are not fatty visually. Maybe the fats melted into the sauce?
