Had the sea salt maple cloud matcha latte at Macha Better. The matcha was smooth and earthy, topped with maple cream and a touch of sea salt. It leaned a little too milky. The pale colour already gave it away and the matcha tasted weak. Nice salty‑sweet layers but I’d have preferred a thicker and bolder matcha 》$6

I got the mix of Nutella and Biscoff sea salt brownies so I could enjoy both. Moist and rich without being overly sweet, with fillings that gave a fudgy kick while the base stayed more on the cakey side. The Nutella sea salt had that smooth chocolatey depth with a little salty edge, while the Biscoff sea salt brought a spiced sweetness that stood out on its own. The herbal duck broth is rich and soothing with a deep, slightly sweet flavour that clings to the noodles. Duck slices are tender, radish adds mellow sweetness and the pork lard + crispy garlic bits give it that extra oomph. The kang kong and beansprouts keep things fresh and crunchy.
The noodles and broth are packed separately, so nothing turns soggy. You get springy noodles that soak up the broth just right when you’re ready to eat. The fried single bone mid joint wings are a must order. It’s crispy, juicy and super satisfying.
It’s a home-based business, so you’ll need to preorder in advance. Everything’s packed well and tastes like something you’d get in Bangkok.
