I wanted to like this, but it's not sweet enough. It's tau huay btw, but Filipino.
Very sweet, which I loved haha. It's not just grass jelly though. There's a bunch of toppings inside, similar to cheng tng.
The sisig was delicious, especially with lard. The adobo was damn salty. Although the meat portions are small, they're too much for the rice because everything's so heavy.
This is thick beehoon with a gravy (unpictured) similar to mee rebus. What made it shiok was the copious lard, although I should say it's not fresh lard so it tasted kinda artificial.
