Portions are small but decent. Would like more variety in their menu... But overall the food is above average. 7/10
Vanilla lychee tau huay($8), an elevated version of tau huay definitely got me at first impression. Who would expect tau huay to goes well with strawberry? 😍😍😍
The sauce tasted perfect on its own, but with the scallop, it somehow got muted into the mix! A pity though!
Layered with strawberry gelee, lychee, and lychee glaze, this fusion dessert manages to retain its distinct local flavour whilst offering something new. This upgraded version of the traditional comfort food would certainly be a crowd pleaser at @restaurant_sela #nofilter
Texture of the fish was spot on, and the lemon dashi broth made for an interesting twist to this luxurious dish #nofilter
We were pretty surprised that some of the fusion dishes were pretty good.
Pan Seared US Scallop (SGD 16) - Salted Egg! Looks like the in trend food this year! The salted egg sauce was pretty distinct on its own but required a stronger taste when eaten with the seafood.
